About me
I’m a postdoctoral research fellow at DIMEC, University of Bologna, in the group led by Prof. Gastone Castellani, working within the GenoMed4All and Synthema European consortia. My research focuses on multi-omics data integration for myeloid neoplasms (MDS and AML), spanning heterogeneity-aware survival models, controlled benchmarking through synthetic data, and longitudinal single-cell analysis of disease progression. I completed my PhD at the University of Bologna on advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for multi-omics data integration.
